Once devoted to ageing the estate’s precious Vinsanto, the Syrah Room is a spacious deluxe retreat on the ground floor of Palagetto di Sotto, blending genuine Tuscan heritage with modern comfort. Wooden floors, a private en-suite bathroom with shower, and panoramic countryside views capture the timeless charm of San Gimignano.

The room is reached through its own private garden, the perfect place to slow down, switch off, and unwind in total privacy while taking in the views over the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills. With satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating, Syrah is a serene and comfortable retreat in every season. Breakfast is included, served in the restaurant on the ground floor of the main building.

Guests can also book curated Tuscan experiences, from wine tastings and sunset aperitifs among the vines to cellar tours, truffle hunts, and cooking classes with our chefs, for an immersive stay rooted in the genuine flavours of the estate.
